For music, we should ask ourselves, what are your links to the artform? After all when we talk about art, it's all subjective. But if there’s one up and comer to whet your musical appetite, it’s the man who holds true to his ruthless taste, resilient focus and unparalleled mentality. We’re talking about DA.

From a young age DA has blazed his way to adulthood through his creative crafts whilst living and breathing the ideas of competition and culture. From basketball, to martial arts to building a professional career within computing technology to modelling, and most importantly what you’re here for, his music. This latter aspect is by far not the very least. Music has of course been an integral part of DA’s life and being bottle-fed the Motown Legends, the likes of Smokey Robinson, The Temptations and MJ rapidly integrated themselves into the soundtrack of his labyrinthine adolescence. Simply put, the man does it all, has it all and wants more.

Born and raised in the renowned city of Manchester, England, famous for it's history, world class football teams and illustrious musical talent, whilst also being inspired by hard-hitting lyrics from across the Atlantic, the British-American inspiration, was enough to mould DA’s artistry and destine him to take on the same ferocity, determination and true lyricism of the rap and hip hop sensations of the 90s & 00s, with the influence of his older siblings and introducing him to the wider range of genres. These ranged from US Hip Hop and R&B to UK Garage, Grime and Lo-Fi House.

Meanwhile, in his adolescent years DA has kept a keen ear out and rediscovered his undying appreciation for homegrown rap from the UK, with favourite artists such as Skepta, JME, Chip, Kano and Giggs, to name a few. When these are synergised with the juxtaposed sound of overseas inspirations like Kendrick Lamar, Run the Jewels, Jay-Z, Schoolboy Q, J.I.D. and Danny Brown, you’d be a fool to wonder why Aaron has unique vision with a perfect craft and new sound to behold! Earning every inch of his flairs himself the hard-working way, and renowned among his peers and his community for his introspective views on music, you better believe DA has something and everything to offer. As he used to say in his youth, wise and resolute, “This city needs atmosphere, it needs more energy”. A man determined to make dreams into reality.
